Women from 32 to 52 and children from 3 to 12 years old

3 shapes: dress, top or nightdress
3 lengths: dress above the knee, blouse, crop top
Thin shoulder straps or shoulder straps to tie.
Front and back can be interchanged for multiple versions.
Optional belted straight dress or with skirt and elasticized casing.
Lined top yoke and gathered bottom.
Long or short elasticated crop-top.
Optional buttoned or buttonless front.
Optional small ruffles at the armhole.
Can be worn over a tee-shirt.
Outfit to be made in woven or jersey fabric depending on the look chosen.


Skill level: easy to intermediate

What you will practice with this bloomer sewing pattern: gathering panels, assembling a button placket, lining a yoke, assembling a casing for the elastic waist option, assembling ruffles and bias binding straps.

Kid age range: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 years

Women age range: 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52 (French sizes)

The size 32 corresponds approximately to a 14 years old and the 34 to a 16 years old
