We want you to love your ikatee pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
